Fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Legal Receptionist/Office Services Assistant who has at least 3 years' previous background working front of house and facilities and is able to fulfil a long term contract - minimum of a year. This is a perfect role for someone looking to progress their background in a thriving environment and develop skills working front of house and within office services and facilities.
Candidates should have excellent all round background within an office environment in professional services (preferably a law firm) as your daily duties will involve everything from dealing with post and deliveries, photocopying, library work, dealing with stationery, setting up and clearing down all rooms for meetings, greeting clients. You will be based on reception and report into the Facilities and Office Manager.
