Our client - a progressive and busy US law firm are seeking an experienced professional who is looking to advance their career within the Early Careers and Development space - joining part of their thriving HR and Recruitment department for a year's contract.

This is an extremely busy and challenging role - where the main requirement is the recruitment and development of the firm's trainee associates. This will involve everything from co-ordinating the assessment process; SQE training, onboarding new joiners; marketing the Early Careers' function by organising recruitment events, engaging with universities and co-ordinating trainee development initiatives.

All of these responsibilities will require heavy involvement on the HR and development side generally so candidates should have a natural affinity with this function - certainly a background within it is vital - as the role is extremely specific.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of early careers, training and development within a professional services environment as this is a brilliant step to forge a true career within human resourcing.
