Core duties will include the following: Acting for insolvency officeholders in contentious litigation mandates.
Coordinating claims in multiple jurisdictions.
Representing officeholders and stakeholders in insolvency and distressed contexts.
Resolving disputes and monetizing claims.
Pursuing the recovery of assets in insolvency or distressed situations.
Working alongside specialist law firms globally.
Ideal candidates must have the following: 2-4 years PQE in contentious insolvency and asset recovery.
Strong general restructuring and insolvency expertise.
Familiarity with the main insolvency practitioner firms in the UK.
