Our client, a thriving top 100 Law firm located in Richmond, are seeking a Paralegal to work in their Residential Property team.

Core Duties:

  • Supporting Legal Advisers within the team in both individual transactions and as part of wider project teams.
  • Opening case files.
  • Giving estimates of costs to new clients.
  • Dealing with pre-exchange of contract work that has been delegated by a Legal Adviser using the Case Management System.
  • Dealing with post-exchange work and registrations.
  • Dealing with post-completion work.
  • Stamping of documents, registration and scheduling of deeds.
  • Processing applications to purchase and offers for sale.
  • Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation.
  • Progressing sales from after application is loaded to completion.
  • Providing monthly and quarterly reports on current status of applications received, missives concluded, cancelled applications and properties sold.
  • Preparing all client correspondence.

Ideal Candidates must have the following:

  • 1-2 years experience in Residential property.
  • Case Management experience.
  • Degree education.
