About the Firm: Our client is a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised firm with an established reputation across criminal and Civil litigation. The wider Dispute Resolution Department offers a full range of services including commercial disputes, Criminal Fraud, Regulatory and Sanctions.
Criminal Litigation Solicitor Position Overview: You will manage a varied caseload of criminal matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients at police stations, Magistrates, and Crown Courts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both sensitive and complex cases within a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Criminal Litigation Solicitor:
- Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates and Crown Courts
- Prepare and manage criminal defence cases from instruction through to trial
