Our client is a Specialist niche Civil Litigation firm working on complex Commercial disputes. We are looking for a Senior Associate in Civil Fraud and general crime, where you will work on high profile complex cases alongside experts with a wealth of experience.
Core duties will include:
- Leading cases through all stages of litigation, from initial strategy and pre-action advice to trial and enforcement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including managing client relationships and supervising junior lawyers.
- Driving business development initiatives and managing a varied caseload covering various litigation and claim matters.
- Working closely with partners, senior leadership, and other legal teams to provide seamless services to clients.
- Overseeing investigations into financial crime, including fraud, money laundering, and cheating the public revenue.
- Assisting colleagues in remaining protected from financial crime risks and embedding effective financial crime risk management.
- Contributing to the production of materials for quarterly earnings prep, Investor day prep, and other presentations.
- Managing multiple transactions and ensuring the best quality service to clients.
- Advising on both civil and criminal fraud investigations and litigation conducted by regulatory bodies.
We are looking for 4-6 years PQE alongside Civil Litigation experience within a demanding environment.
