The Partnership Success Manager plays a key role in supporting the management and optimisation of EV charging concessions, focusing on ensuring that the contracts we win are treated as valuable assets that require careful and strategic management. Reporting to the Head of Partnership Success, this role involves:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with external partners (e.g., councils) and internal teams.
  • Ensuring a successful management of each concession.
  • Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Meeting all reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personnel Management: Manage and support Partnership Success Consultants, ensuring effective performance, development, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Asset Management: Ensure that all contracts are treated as valuable assets, requiring careful oversight and strategic management to maximise their value.
  • Concession Support: Assist in the management of EV charging concessions, ensuring alignment with financial, contractual and operational objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as a key contact for council partners, facilitating strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of concession agreements.
  • Performance Tracking: Support the monitoring of financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using established tools and processes.
  • Risk Mitigation: Read and understand each contract and assist in identifying potential risks to the success of concessions and in developing strategies to minimise these risks.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular updates on concession performance for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Expertise: 3+ years of experience in managing customer or partner relationships, preferably in infrastructure or renewable technology.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to read and understand legal contracts and financial data to assess its impact on partnership success.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
