We're looking for people with experience of working in creative settings, who are keen to learn more about supporting D/deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent young people in a creative workplace setting. You must be able to commit to attending training, weekly evening sessions, and work experience in Cardiff.
- Attend 2 days of training from National Youth Theatre, covering topics such as Safeguarding and Inclusive Practice.
- Attend weekly evening sessions to get to know the young people and understand their access and support needs.
- Receive further bespoke training based on the needs of the group you are working with.
- Support young people during 3 days of work experience.
Assemble will be delivered nationally over three years with six partner venues, including Chapter. Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
