With a focus on hands-on, experiential learning, we’re seeking a dynamic leader to help our children and teams flourish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare and early childhood education.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children in your care.
- Plan and implement engaging activities aligned with the curriculum that stimulate learning and creativity.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and management.
- Support staff development through coaching and mentoring.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Lead the nursery in the absence of the Nursery manager.
