We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancer to join our well-established Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a fast-growing, reputable law firm.
You’ll manage your own capped caseload (yes! a genuinely capped caseload), while also supporting junior team members as needed. As this is a client-facing role, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.

- Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks.
- Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed.
- Overseeing secure fund transfers.
- Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes.
- Managing stamp duty submissions and closing files.
