Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Traffic Management Operative, based primarily in Oswestry with some work-from-home flexibility. The Traffic Management Operative will set up, monitor, and remove temporary traffic management systems, including signs, cones, barriers, and other safety equipment in line with Chapter 8 guidelines and relevant regulations. Daily tasks include reading and following traffic management plans, working on highways and construction sites, coordinating with site supervisors and colleagues, and ensuring the safety of road users and workers. The role also involves conducting site checks, reporting hazards, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and completing required documentation such as site records and permits. Qualifications
