About Chapter 4

Chapter 4 is a marketing agency for founders and service businesses. We take their story, their expertise, and their track record and turn it into content that builds authority and brings in leads. This is where stories scale. We work across the UK with clients who do serious work in spaces that have never seen serious creative. Cinematic thinking, proper direction, content that actually looks and feels different. That's the standard we hold ourselves to and the person we hire holds themselves to the same. We're growing fast and this isn't a gig. We want someone who becomes part of how we operate from day 1.

The role

We're looking for a videographer to join us on a regular basis - 2 days a week to start, with more available as the agency grows. You'll shoot content for our clients across the UK, work from creative briefs we provide, and eventually get comfortable enough with how we work that the brief becomes a formality. Travel is part of the job. Some shoots are in Manchester, others are nationwide. Occasionally you'll travel with clients for a day or more.

What you'll do

  • Film short and long-form content for clients on location across the UK
  • Operate camera, audio and lighting in varied environments
  • Work from creative direction briefs
  • Edit short and long-form content if that's in your toolkit (not essential but valued)
  • Show up reliably and be easy to work with - that matters as much as the kit

Who we're looking for

  • Based in Manchester or the North West
  • Experienced shooting for social media and long-form - vertical format, pacing, run-and-gun, and how to capture interviews and documentary-style footage
  • Own kit: camera, lenses, basic audio - for the right person, equipment can be provided
  • Comfortable travelling with clients
  • Showreel or portfolio required

Send your show reel or portfolio, and a short intro to apply@chapter4.media
