We are looking for a talented Recruitment Sourcer to join one of our embedded teams in New York, supporting a fast-scaling fintech and payments company that is making a real impact on how people send and manage money globally.
As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be at the heart of the talent pipeline — identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional candidates across a range of roles. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what great looks like, and bring creative, data-informed sourcing strategies to life.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across technical, commercial, and operational functions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping
- Craft compelling outreach that cuts through the noise and reflects the company’s brand
- Screen and assess candidates at the initial stage, delivering a high-quality shortlist
- Track sourcing metrics and provide insight on market trends and talent availability
- Collaborate closely with the wider TA team to refine approaches and share best practice
About you:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, either in-house or agency
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and a range of sourcing tools and techniques
- Experience hiring within fintech, payments, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced sector is a strong advantage
- Strong written communication skills — you write outreach that people actually respond to
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in an embedded or client-facing environment
