The Role: Chapter 2 is partnering with an innovative aviation technology company. This organisation develops advanced software platforms, data systems, and digital tools used across commercial, military, and private aviation. Their technology supports flight planning, navigation, operational insights, and real-time decision-making for millions of flights globally each year. As they continue to scale their teams, we are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to help drive the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and product roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines using a combination of sourcing strategies and market mapping
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer stage
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring intelligence
- Run structured interview processes and ensure best practice recruitment standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and hiring strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years recruitment experience, ideally as a generalist
- Ideally experience within Payments and Fintech
- Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Proven experience sourcing and engaging high-quality technical talent
- A consultative mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience working within an RPO, embedded recruitment, or in-house environment is highly beneficial
