We are looking for a Talent Partner to support a high‑impact recruitment programme within a purpose‑led environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership of a complex, high‑volume pipeline, working closely with stakeholders to improve hiring delivery, structure, and overall recruitment performance.
As a Talent Partner, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment while driving structure, visibility, and efficiency across the hiring process:
- Manage a live pipeline, ensuring clear visibility of priorities and progress
- Directly source, screen, and recruit across 12 to 15+ active vacancies
- Streamline end‑to‑end recruitment processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to strengthen workforce planning, forecasting, and prioritisation
- Monitor candidate experience metrics, including interview drop‑off and offer to start conversion
- Create reporting across role types, locations, and functions to support workforce planning and performance tracking

About you:

Working Model: Hybrid setup, 2 days per week onsite (West Sussex area).
