The role: Chapter 2 is partnering with a high-growth aviation technology business on an embedded Talent Partner mandate. The company is scaling fast — product, engineering, and commercial all hiring simultaneously — and they need someone who can land and deliver from day one. You'll sit inside the business, work closely with hiring managers across functions, and own the full recruitment lifecycle. This isn't a coordination role. You're the person building pipeline, challenging briefs, and closing candidates.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running end-to-end hiring across product, engineering (GMT), and commercial — concurrently
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to sharpen job briefs and calibrate on what "great" actually looks like
  • Building and working pipelines proactively — not waiting for applications to come in
  • Running sharp, candidate-respecting processes that reflect well on the business
  • Using data to hold the process accountable and keep things moving
  • Acting as a genuine talent advisor, not a process manager

Who you are:

  • An experienced in-house or embedded recruiter who has hired across at least two of these three functions: product, engineering, commercial
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple roles without dropping quality
  • Strong with stakeholders — you push back when the brief is wrong and you're credible doing it
  • Available immediately — this is a live mandate with roles open now
  • Used to working autonomously

What You’ll Experience at Chapter 2!

  • Competitive Rewards: A strong salary package that reflects your experience and contribution.
  • Flexible Working for Real Life: Hybrid options and flexible ways of working so you can be your best at work and in life.
  • Invest in Your Future: A pension plan designed to support long-term financial wellbeing.
  • Health & Wellbeing Matter: Comprehensive wellness benefits to support your physical and mental health.
  • Celebrate You: Birthday leave — because life should be lived, not just worked.
  • Recognition that Inspires: Regular awards and celebrations spotlight those driving impact across the business.
