Monday‑Friday, Remote with occasional onsite visits.

Role Summary: We’re on the lookout for a Talent Partner to be embedded with one of our most exciting clients in India. What You’ll Do:

  • Work fully embedded within a cutting‑edge client, acting as their internal Talent Partner.
  • Own end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple departments, from strategy to delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Use data and insights to guide decision‑making and continuously optimise recruitment outcomes.
  • Champion the use of modern tools, platforms, and AI to drive sourcing and hiring performance.
