The role
- As a Recruitment Sourcer, you'll be at the heart of the talent pipeline — identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional candidates across a range of roles.
- You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what great looks like, and bring creative, data‑informed sourcing strategies to life.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping.
- Craft compelling outreach that cuts through the noise and reflects the company's brand.
- Screen and assess candidates at the initial stage, delivering a high‑quality shortlist.

About you
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, either in‑house or agency.

- Experience hiring within fintech, payments, financial services, or a similarly fast‑paced sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong written communication skills — you write outreach that people actually respond to.
