The Role:
As a Product Talent Partner , you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Product and Tech teams. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders – including Heads of Product, Engineering, and the CPO – to deeply understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and own the end-to-end hiring experience. From defining what “great” looks like to designing high-impact hiring strategies, you’ll be embedded in the rhythm of our product development lifecycle.
This is a role for someone who’s equal parts strategic and hands-on, who loves the pace of product and tech, and who’s excited by the chance to raise the bar in the tech hiring industry.
Key Responsibilities and Contributions:
- Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Product, Design, and Engineering roles
- Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
- Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout
- Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring effort
- Building talent maps and succession plans for critical roles and future skills needs
- Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting
- Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in tech/product recruitment
- A strong track record of hiring across Product and Engineering
- A passion for tech and understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
