What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Business Development: Own and grow your specialist health market, constantly winning new business. Execute creative sales tactics (calls, networking, social, events) to generate leads. Design and deliver a strategic plan to identify, target, and convert prospects. Build and close relationships with ambitious clients from scale‑ups to global enterprises. Create compelling propositions, pitch decks, and deliver standout presentations. Organise industry events and networking opportunities to boost our profile. Map the market, forge partnerships, and keep us ahead of competitors.
  • Delivery: Source and headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and diverse channels. Adapt search approaches for permanent, contract, and exec hires. Manage the candidate journey: sourcing, screening, CV submission, offer negotiation. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide consultative advice. Guarantee a seamless, professional experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Customer Service: Be a trusted advisor, not just a transactional supplier. Keep clients, candidates, and colleagues consistently informed, building trust. Meet clients and candidates face‑to‑face and virtually. Share insights, market intel, and partnership thinking. Go above and beyond to constantly add value.
  • Data and Insight: Keep CRM and market data immaculate, powering smart strategies. Map networks and create repeatable revenue streams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven biller: minimum £200,000/£250,000+ annual billings from business you have personally won. Track record of winning and developing new business. Strong health sector network (or closely aligned market). Broad 360 recruitment expertise in permanent, contract, interim search. Hands‑on experience in Total Talent Solutions in Retained Search. Proven ability to build or develop teams/processes, formally or informally.
  • Skills: Relentless business development drive, motivated by both the hunt and the close. Brilliant people skills; able to build instant rapport and trust. Exceptional communication and consultative ability. Organised, detail‑oriented, and commercially sharp. Growth mindset, hungry to scale something new, optimistic in approach. Natural leadership: coach, mentor, and inspire others. Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem‑solving.
