Job Details
- Type of role: Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, Permanent
- Location: East London
- Office expectation: The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 4 days a week, with working from home on a Thursday.
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, the client is happy for candidates to work 8.00 am to 5 pm or 9.00 am to 6 pm with 30 minutes lunch per day (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct pre‑registration screenings to assess eligibility for registration with the clinic.
- Consult with and prescribe for patients in pain management and psychiatric care under a shared care model.
- Provide guidance and support to patients, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of remote clinicians.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Lead on governance activities.
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals and the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Actively participate as a member of the Quality, Safety, and Innovation Committee (QSIC), attending meetings and contributing based on your area of expertise.
- Engage in handling complaints, investigations, and responding to feedback as required.
- Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in medical cannabis treatments through ongoing training and development activities.
- Support the Clinical Lead with clinical service delivery and assist in business development initiatives.
- Prepare for Care Quality Commission inspections and participate in the inspection process.
- Registered as a Pharmacist Independent prescriber with the GPhC.
- Maintain own GPhC registration and revalidation requirements.
- Uphold core values and high standards of care.
