As the Tech Talent Partner, you will work as an embedded talent expert, owning the end-to-end hiring journey for Engineering roles. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and deliver a thoughtful and seamless candidate experience. You will be driving scalable hiring processes, enabling leadership to make smart, data-informed decisions, and playing a key role in shaping talent foundations that will power long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build strong pipelines of Tech talent across early-stage and scaling businesses.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy.
- Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders.
- Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth.
- Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record hiring for Tech and Engineering roles.
- Experience in a high-growth agency environment, with exposure to startup or embedded recruitment models.
- Skilled stakeholder manager - you know how to push back, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Passion for startups, or mission-driven work.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
