The role:

The GTM Recruitment Sourcer will play a crucial role in building high‑performing Sales and Marketing teams for a SaaS business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top go‑to‑market talent across the US. This role is fully remote and partners closely with Recruiters and GTM leaders to keep a healthy pipeline of candidates for priority roles.

This is for a Sourcer who wants more than a desk and a job board. We're working with a confidential global aviation software business to rapidly build out their talent pipeline — 45 roles, three specialist profiles, three months to make a real dent. You'll be embedded in the function, working directly alongside the hiring team, with genuine potential for this to become a permanent in-house role based on what you deliver.

What you'll be sourcing:

  • System Configuration Developer (P3) — Python developers with 2+ years' experience; airline or crew management system background a strong advantage
  • Senior Project Manager (P4) — Agile practitioners with B2B enterprise delivery and strong client-facing credentials
  • Implementation Engineering Manager (M3) — Senior hires with line management experience, project direction capability, and comfort with travel

Two to three roles delivered per week to hit the target. There's no ramp-up period built in — you'll need to be moving from day one.
