Role Summary: We are transforming a traditional service-led recruitment company into an AI-enabled platform. We need someone to own the quality. You will be our first QA engineer, with full ownership of quality across our Angular + .NET Core stack. You decide what to test, when, and how. We ship weekly, so you’ll work autonomously, catch issues early, and keep the team unblocked.

What You’ll Do:
- Create test cases and plans from user stories and requirements
- Execute manual and/or automated testing across Angular frontend and .NET Core backend
- Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution
- Build and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with developers on features and implementations
- Perform regression testing; advocate for quality throughout
- Spot edge cases and risks before they hit production
What You Bring:
- Mid-senior QA experience, ideally with web apps
- Familiarity with modern test automation tools and frameworks
- Strong understanding of the SDLC
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated; works independently, manages own time
- Clear async communicator who documents issues effectively
Bonus Points:
- Can read TypeScript
- API testing experience
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines
