Chapter 2 – A scalable talent solution.

Office expectation: The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 4 days a week, with working from home on a Thursday, please note this is essential.
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, the client is happy for candidates to work 8.00am to 5pm or 9.00am to 6pm with 30 minutes lunch per day (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).

Responsibilities and duties:
- Conduct pre-registration screenings to assess eligibility for registration with the clinic.
- Consult with and prescribe for patients in pain management and psychiatric care under a shared care model.
- Provide guidance and support to patients, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of remote clinicians.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Lead on governance activities.
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals and the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Actively participate as a member of the Quality, Safety, and Innovation Committee (QSIC), attending meetings and contributing based on your area of expertise.
- Engage in handling complaints, investigations, and responding to feedback as required.
- Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in medical cannabis treatments through ongoing training and development activities.
- Support the Clinical Lead with clinical service delivery and assist in business development initiatives.
- Prepare for Care Quality Commission inspections and participate in the inspection process.
Essential Qualification:
- Registered as a Pharmacist Independent prescriber with the GPhC.
- Maintain own GPhC registration and revalidation requirements.
