The Role

As a Junior Account Executive at Plotpackers, you will own opportunities across B2B2C and DTC from first contact through to delivery. This is not a handoff role - you will be responsible for bringing in business and staying engaged as deals move through longer lead times before revenue is realised. You will work within established outbound processes and internal systems, contributing to a structured but evolving sales motion.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities across partner-led and direct channels
  • Execute outbound activity using Plotpackers' internal tools and processes
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and other approved channels
  • Secure commitments and move opportunities forward
  • Stay engaged with active opportunities over extended timelines
  • Maintain momentum through consistent, professional follow-up
  • Keep CRM data accurate across longer sales-to-delivery windows
  • Work closely with operations and founders to ensure smooth delivery

Performance & Commission

Performance measured on delivered revenue. Competitive commission with strong upside.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in an SDR, BDR, or full-cycle sales role, with a proven track record of success
  • Comfortable owning deals end-to-end in a lean environment
  • Experience working with longer sales or delivery timelines
  • Hands-on experience with at least one structured CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
  • Strong organisation, follow-up discipline, and pipeline hygiene
  • Confident communicator with sound commercial judgement
  • Comfortable working in-office full-time

Nice to Have

  • Experience in service-based, high-value, or operationally complex sales
  • Start-up or early-stage company experience
  • Experience working with multi-stage pipelines and reporting

What You Will Get

  • Good Base salary + commission
  • Meaningful ownership and responsibility from day one
  • Direct access to founder and decision-makers
  • High-performance, in-office sales environment
  • Opportunity to grow with a lean, scaling business
