What You'll Be Doing:
- Partnering closely with senior leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
- Building strong pipelines of engaged GTM talent and nurturing relationships over time.
- Helping improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Using data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' proven experience recruiting across GTM functions—Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and/or Customer Success.
- Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
- Previous RPO experience advantageous.
