This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the Managing Director, with real visibility, real influence, and the scope to make a measurable commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives
  • Own brand positioning across international markets, consistency, quality, and relevance
  • Drive demand generation and lead pipeline through targeted campaigns
  • Manage all digital activity: website, SEO, paid advertising, email, and content
  • Build campaigns and assets that work across multiple territories and channels
  • Work closely with international distributors and partners
  • Support product launches and new market entry
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers
  • Measure, report, and continuously optimise performance and ROI

About You

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, or Global Marketing Manager
  • Track record delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Strong command of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand development
  • Experience working across international markets, distributor networks, or export-focused businesses
  • Comfortable owning strategy and executing it yourself
  • Strong project management, stakeholder skills, and a bias for action
  • Background in hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or export-led businesses is an advantage
