Chapter 2 is looking for a Lead Tech Talent Partner to join the team and partner with one of our global clients within a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role will suit someone who thrives in a client-facing setting, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has experience leading and mentoring recruitment teams while delivering high-quality hiring solutions internationally across Engineering functions.

The Role: As a Lead Tech Talent Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, owning and delivering end-to-end recruitment across Engineering teams on an international scale. Alongside hands-on hiring, you will also support leadership responsibilities across the account, helping drive delivery standards, team performance, and recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end international recruitment across Engineering hires
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership teams
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters within the team
  • Drive direct sourcing strategies and market mapping activity
  • Improve recruitment processes and hiring manager engagement
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Support workforce planning and hiring strategy discussions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience recruiting across Engineering-focused roles
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruitment teams
  • Background within RPO, embedded or in-house
  • Experience recruiting internationally across multiple regions
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
  • Experience working within fast-paced or scaling businesses
