The Role:
You will work directly with engineering leadership as their dedicated talent partner. The focus is technical hiring end-to-end: sourcing, pipeline management, candidate experience and offer. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers, help shape how they think about talent, and bring market insight that makes their decisions sharper.
What you'll bring:
- A track record of hiring software engineers in a product or platform environment.
- Comfortable with modern sourcing tools and approaches — including AI-assisted search and skills-based assessment.
- Able to move at pace while keeping the candidate experience high.

What You’ll Do:
As a strategic talent partner, you will own and drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across technology functions including:
- Software Engineering

- Proactively sourcing and engaging top technology talent across competitive markets
