As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team on an initial three-month contract. You'll play a key role in hiring exceptional talent while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Recruiting across Technology, Product and broader business functions.
- Building proactive talent pipelines through sourcing and market mapping.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Providing market insights and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition within an in-house or RPO environment.
- Experience recruiting Technology and Product roles alongside broader corporate hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to travel to the Leicester office 1–2 days per week.
