As an Embedded Generalist Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This permanent, full-time position is essential for driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we meet our clients' needs with the best professionals in the industry. Your expertise will contribute to our organisational success and enhance our reputation as a leading consultancy.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to inform future strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment efforts.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Experience either In-house or within an RPO is essential.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
