The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment across technical and product roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines using a combination of sourcing strategies and market mapping
- Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer stage

What We’re Looking For

- A consultative mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
- Experience working within an RPO, embedded recruitment, or in‑house environment is highly beneficial
