We’re now looking for an Experience Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of our trips. This role is ideal for someone who loves logistics, thinks in detail, understands risk, can confidently use CRMs such as Hubspot / Salesforce, and can balance customer experience with commercial reality. This is for someone ready to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
The Role
- Own itinerary planning and refinement
- Coordinate, contract & onboard supply partners
- Oversee supplier coordination and logistics
- Help assess operational risks and contingencies
- Ensure trips are commercially viable while remaining exceptional for customers
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to smooth, safe, and memorable group travel & experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- An interest in community, adventure, group, or experiential travel
- Ability to think through logistics, timing, and operational detail
