About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Executive Search Recruiter to join our team, specialising in C‑suite and senior leadership hiring within the Finance and FinTech space. This is a high‑impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, relationship‑led environment and brings deep market knowledge of the financial services landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end executive search mandates for C‑suite and VP‑level roles across Finance and FinTech clients
  • Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of senior talent through direct headhunting, networking, and market mapping
  • Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategies
  • Deliver market intelligence, competitor analysis, and candidate shortlists to a boardroom‑ready standard
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle — from identification and approach through to offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Contribute to business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in executive search or senior‑level recruitment, with a focus on C‑suite placements
  • A background in Finance or FinTech — either as a recruiter specialising in these sectors or prior professional experience within them
  • Strong understanding of the London and global FinTech ecosystem, key players, and leadership talent pools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at the executive level
  • A consultative, research‑led approach to search with high attention to detail
  • Immediately available or on a short notice period
