We’re seeking a Mid-weight Designer who’s passionate about turning ideas into impactful visual experiences. This is a hands-on role for a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset. Working as part of an in-house creative team, you’ll have the freedom to craft standout work across digital, print, and experiential channels, while helping shape and elevate the brand’s creative direction. The successful candidate will play a key role in the creation, strategy, and execution of compelling visual work that pushes the brand forward.
Duties include:
- End-to-End Execution: Take concepts from idea to delivery across digital product, social, print, packaging and experiential.
- In-house content: Ideas to shoot and design content with the Creative Lead and wider team to maintain a cohesive, polished brand aesthetic.
- Creative Asset Development: Produce high-quality assets for social, website, product packaging and marketing campaigns—on time and to brand standards.
- Brand Consistency: Evolve and maintain the brand system and Brand Asset Bank; build reusable templates and ensure alignment with visual guidelines.
- Bring Brand into Product: Partner with Product and Growth to embed brand within the product experience using sound product-design principles.
- Design Strategy and Craft: Contribute to strategy and creative direction while staying hands-on and shipping at pace across multiple workstreams.
Skills and Experience
- Professional design experience with a diverse portfolio covering digital, print, motion, and experiential design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a solid understanding of motion design principles.
- Proven ability to deliver at design-led brands, whether in-house or agency, balancing creativity and commercial awareness.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across teams and take creative ownership.
- Advantageous: Experience working on consumer brands with strong visual identities or lifestyle positioning.
- Hands-on motion design skills using tools like After Effects or similar.
- A background in wellness, fashion, or health-tech brands.
