Hours: BST 06:30 - 16:00 and GMT 06:30 - 15:00

They are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Person/Van Driver to join their team.
About the Role: As a Grounds Person/Van Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining various outdoor areas to ensure they are kept to the highest standards. You will also be required to drive a van and operate a tractor, making your role both varied and dynamic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Drive a van to transport equipment and materials to various sites.
- Operate a tractor for larger grounds maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Report any issues or required repairs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
- Tractor Driving Licence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
Desirable:
- PA1 and PA6 spraying tickets.
- Experience with additional grounds maintenance equipment.
- Basic knowledge of horticulture.
