Hours: 40 hours per week, 6:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role: As a Grounds Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the estate's turf and lawns to the highest standards. This hands-on role includes using a variety of machinery, applying fertilisers, and supporting general estate duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of turf care, renovation, and lawn maintenance.
- Operating a range of machinery, from pedestrian mowers to large ride-ons.
- Applying fertilisers and identifying weeds as part of seasonal programmes.
- Supporting with machinery maintenance and general estate duties.
- Taking on occasional handyman and practical tasks around the property.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Strong experience in turf care and general grounds maintenance.
- Confident using a wide range of horticultural machinery.
- A good understanding of fertiliser use and weed control.
- A flexible, can-do attitude with the willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional in a private setting.
