Hours: Full-time

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Contracts Supervisor Grounds Maintenance to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Contracts Supervisor Grounds Maintenance, you will support the contract manager in organising teams and ensuring the smooth operation of grounds maintenance services at MOD sites. While the role is mainly off tools, you will occasionally assist with hands-on tasks when needed. You will also play a key role in providing training to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the contract manager in organising and overseeing teams.
• Ensure high standards of grounds maintenance are met.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Occasionally assist with hands-on grounds maintenance tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with the contract manager and team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
• Supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Desirable:
• Experience working on MOD sites.
• Familiarity with invasive species management.
• Training or certification in grounds maintenance.
