About the Role:

As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining various synthetic pitches throughout the UK. You will work independently, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards and accurately reporting on the progress of projects. Full training on bespoke machinery will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client synthetic pitches effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide high-quality reporting information on maintenance services.
  • Offer enhanced follow-up services to customers.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety standards.
  • Travel extensively throughout the UK to various client sites.
  • Report to the Synthetic Turf & Aftercare Manager on project progress.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Full driving licence.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and support the business during peak summer months.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
  • Proven experience in synthetic maintenance or sports surface construction.

Desirable:

  • Plant machinery tickets and CSCS card.
  • Experience in synthetic maintenance or sports surface construction.
