About the Role:
As a Supervisor Level / Working Foreman, you will be at the forefront of executing and overseeing a variety of landscaping projects. Your role will involve leading a team, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site teams to complete projects efficiently.
- Oversee the installation of fencing, patios, turfing, stone work, concrete, and block work.
- Ensure all work meets high-end quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision is realised.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in fencing, patios, turfing, stone work, concrete, and block work.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
- CSCS certification.
- CPCS / NPORS for plant tickets, specifically Avant 630 and 5 tonne or lower digger.
