About the Role:

As an Interior Gardener/Horticulturist, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of both real and artificial plants within various commercial and office settings. Your role will involve ensuring the health and aesthetics of indoor garden spaces, advising on plant selection, and collaborating with facility managers to align plant care with overall environmental aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular maintenance and care of indoor plants, including watering, pruning, and ensuring optimal soil conditions.
  • Installation and arrangement of artificial plants to enhance interior spaces.
  • Monitoring plant health and applying treatments as needed.
  • Advising on plant selection and care techniques tailored to indoor environments.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Horticulturist, Interior Gardener, or similar role.
