About the Role:

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for the upkeep of school grounds, ensuring they are tidy, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform grounds maintenance tasks including hedge trimming, grass cutting, and strimming
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Drive to various school locations within Hounslow and surrounding areas
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and school staff

Requirements:
