About the Role: As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance and enhancement of the landscaped grounds. This includes lawn care, hedge cutting, seasonal planting, and ensuring the overall visual appeal of the site. Your expertise in horticulture will be essential in maintaining plant health and implementing landscape improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance of lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
  • Lawn care duties including mowing, edging, and seasonal treatments.
  • Hedge cutting, pruning, and shrub maintenance.
  • Seasonal planting schemes and landscape enhancements.
  • Monitoring plant health and implementing appropriate treatments.
  • Ensuring all external areas meet high visual standards.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Gardener or in Grounds Maintenance.
  • Good plant knowledge and understanding of horticultural best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality outdoor spaces.
  • Ability to work independently and manage routine maintenance schedules.
  • Relevant horticultural qualifications beneficial but not essential.

Desirable:

  • Experience in high-end commercial or corporate environments.
