About the Role

As a BIM Coordinator, you will support the Senior Designer and project Design Leads, ensuring the quality and coordination of BIM information across various projects.

This role involves hand-on Revit technician duties and close collaboration with designers, engineers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM delivery across assigned projects in line with project requirements and standards.
  • Manage project model setup, coordinates, links, work sets, and information exchanges.
  • Undertake model reviews, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project workflows.
  • Provide day-to-day BIM and Revit support to designers and technicians.
  • Produce coordinated plans, sections, details, schedules, and technical design information.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Strong practical experience with Autodesk Revit.
  • Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician, or similar role.
  • Good understanding of drawings, pipework, drainage, levels, and utility interfaces.
  • Experience working within BIM-led project environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management principles.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 or other Common Data Environments.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with Auto CAD and Civil 3D.
  • A degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience in sports-surface or Field of Play design.
