Role Description
We are seeking talented and experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians to join our Manchester team to work on a wide range of projects. You must be proficient in Revit and have experience in developing detailed construction information.
Key Attributes
- Architectural Technician / Technologist with 10+ years experience working on larger commercial‑scale projects
- Experience working at RIBA Work Stages 3-6 and the ability to coordinate with the wider design team.
- Experience of running projects
- Ability to clearly present technical information
- High level of technical expertise and good communication skills
- Experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications
- Working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
- Advanced experience in coordinating projects and producing details in Autodesk Revit.
