We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Architect Project Lead to join our busy studio in London and to develop your career in a well‐structured, supportive environment. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious individual. You will enjoy working as part of a team and excellent communication skills are essential.
As a Project Architect you will:
- Lead internal project teams and effectively communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage planning applications and other regulatory application procedures.
- Oversee the project briefs and report to clients, presenting progress clearly.
- Prepare and present design proposals using CAD, REVIT, SketchUp and traditional drawing methods.
- Lead the detailed technical process and coordinate design information using 3D models and specifications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven post‐qualification experience as a project lead.
- Experience working on large‐scale, complex projects.
- Technical proficiency, with experience of developing detailed design through to construction information and a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to developing high‐quality design information with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent working knowledge of Revit and Adobe packages including InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to present and communicate technical specifications.
- Ability to liaise with other consultants and construction professionals to create technical solutions and resolve client and contractor queries.
- Detailed working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and British and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with experience using it on large‐scale projects.
