We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Programme Manager to lead the full lifecycle design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) for a rapidly growing, private equity‑backed hospitality group. This is a high‑impact role requiring a hands‑on leader who can move seamlessly from strategic blueprinting to operational execution, embedding sustainable change across people, process, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of a future‑state Target Operating Model aligned to growth and value creation goals.
- Partner with C‑suite stakeholders, private equity investors and operational leaders to define strategic direction.
- Develop and implement end‑to‑end operating model designs covering organisational structure, customer journey, central services, supply chain, digital platforms, and front‑of‑house operations.
- Establish clear programme governance, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage programme delivery from concept through to execution, ensuring smooth transition, change adoption and measurable performance improvement.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and commercial opportunities.
- Drive transformation outcomes focused on scalability, margin improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners through change.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Transformation Programme Manager or Operating Model Lead.
- Experience designing and delivering Target Operating Models (full implementation ownership).
- Background in the hospitality sector (restaurants, hotels, leisure or food & beverage multi‑site operations).
- Strong exposure to private equity‑backed businesses, ideally during periods of rapid scaling, turnaround or value creation.
- Demonstrated ability to engage at board level while executing at pace on the ground.
- Expertise in operational optimisation, centralisation, digital enablement, and organisational design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change leadership skills.
Personal Attributes
- Commercially astute with a value creation mindset.
- Highly resilient and delivery‑focused.
- Able to navigate complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
- Hands‑on, pragmatic, and execution‑driven.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high‑growth, PE‑backed hospitality organisation. Your work will directly drive enhanced profitability, operational scalability, and the platform for future investment or exit.
