Job Role: Syteline Specialist Location: Midlands – Hybrid based between Birmingham office/Home Salary: £50-70K DOE Chapman Tate Associates are working with an internationally renowned engineering firm that is investing significantly in their ERP landscape. As part of this exciting journey, they are seeking an experienced Syteline Specialist to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping, supporting, and enhancing their Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP system. The Opportunity This is a key role within a global engineering business where ERP is central to operations across manufacturing, supply chain, production, and finance. You will act as the go-to expert for Syteline, ensuring that the system is optimised to support both day-to-day activities and long-term growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Administer, configure, and maintain Syteline ERP modules across the organisation. * Work closely with global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements. * Provide training, support, and documentation to drive best practice ERP usage. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making. * Manage integrations, upgrades, and vendor relationships to ensure system performance. * Safeguard data integrity and compliance across international operations. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial ERP (implementation, support, or development). * Strong understanding of business processes in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain. * Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools (desirable). * Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across global teams and cultures.
