A high-growth, global Data & AI IT Services Consultancy is looking to appoint a Salesforce Leader for the UK & Europe. This is not a pure delivery role. This is a practice-building, revenue-owning leadership position. You will take full ownership of the Salesforce business across the region, driving growth, leading a team, and personally contributing to new logo and expansion deals.

The Opportunity

  • Lead and grow a team of 4–6 Salesforce professionals (Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery)
  • Own the regional Salesforce P&L
  • Drive new business revenue alongside existing account expansion
  • Strengthen and deepen executive relationships with Salesforce UK
  • Shape go-to-market strategy across key industries
  • Work closely with Data & AI leaders to build integrated propositions

The organisation is a Salesforce Platinum Partner, with strong backing in Data, AI and digital transformation. The platform capability exists, now they need a commercial leader to scale it.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently be leading or significantly contributing to a Salesforce practice within an IT Services / Consultancy environment
  • Have a track record of selling and delivering multi-million-pound Salesforce programmes
  • Be comfortable owning both revenue and delivery quality
  • Have strong C-level engagement experience
  • Be credible with Salesforce UK leadership (regular visits to Salesforce London required)

This role requires someone who can operate at board level but still roll their sleeves up to close deals.
